2024 Arkansas Miss Heart of the USA Pageant
The 2024 Arkansas Pageant will take place at the Kind Opera House in Van Buren, Arkansas on August 19-20, 2023
Registration fee is $75 for the first 20 contestants, after that it will raise to $99
On Stage Introduction (Required Area of Competition)
Little Miss - Elite Ms. Division will do a self-introduction.
Self-Introduction MUST be under 1 minute.
- Tiny Miss & Future Little will not verbally give a self-introduction, but they will compete in this competition area.
- The emcee will read their introduction and must be written on the card given in your packet at check-in.
- All Tiny Miss/Future Little Miss contestants must be escorted on stage by an adult. The adult escorting the contestant must also wear the National Miss Heart of the USA T-Shirt.
- Attire for this competition in all divisions: Miss Heart of the USA T-Shirt & white pants/capris/skirt of your choice
Formal Wear (Required Area of Competition)
Contestants will be judged on Personality, fit and style of garment (overall appearance), poise & smile (stage presence), and beauty.
- Tiny Miss/Future Little Miss Division will need a short pageant dress
- Little Miss contestants may wear a long or short dress - Not an heirloom or tea-length pageant dress
- Petite Miss - Elite Ms. Division will need a long pageant gown
Heart Wear (Optional Area of Competition)
- Please show us your own unique sense of style! A model like you is in a fashion show!
- Items can be custom-made or off the rack, but most have hearts, red or pink, incorporated into the outfit somehow.

Patriotic Wear (Optional Area of Competition)
- Please show us your own unique sense of style! Model like you are in a fashion show!
- Items can be custom-made or off the rack, but mut have red, white, and blue incorporated into the outfit somehow!

Photogenetic (Optional Area of Competition)
Each contestant receives a photogenic entry as part of their entry fee. Contestants can submit up to 2 additional photos for a total of 3 photos submitted as optional.
- Photos must be 8x10 and turned in at pageant check-in
Photogenetic Optional: $20 for the 2 additional photos
Fashionista (Optional Area of Competition)
During the Self-Introduction portion of the competition each contestant has the opportunity to show us your unique sense of style by customizing her National T-shirt. An award is given in each age division for Fashionista and then one overall Fashionista Queen is crowned at the pageant.

Interview (Optional Area of Competition)
The interview is open to Little Miss - Elite Ms. division only. Attire for an interview is the same as self-introduction - your Miss Heart of the USA T-Shirt and white pants/capris/skirt
