In 2008 our director had an idea to coordinate a pageant for the Dothan Rescue mission in her hometown of Dothan, Alabama. I named that pageant Miss Heart of Houston County. Since then, we have expanded to all 50 states.
We are thankful for every young girl and women who has represented their county, their state or the National as a Miss Heart of the USA Queen. Check out all of our past National Queens!
